    Choose your text on the poster (1-3 sentences) that our friends will say. These sentences are written on the poster and will be spoken by us.

  • Add Your Favourite Song

    Add your favourite Song to it, you can also choose the second to start for example: Happy Song (0:15) 5. If you have any special wishes (putting on Shirt etc.), feel free to add this on the “Text on Poster” field.

FAQs

Q:How do l order a video message?

A:
1. add your favorite song or let us choose a song. Our friends from Africa will dance to this wonderful song.
2. write 2 - 4 phrases on the board to express your wishes and then choose a phrase for the group to recite by heart.
3. add a photo of the person you want to surprise.
4. After the video is created, it will be sent to your email address within 1 - 3 days. Please pay attention to your spam folder. If you want us to send the video directly to the person you surprise, please give us their email address.

Q:Is it only for Birthdays?

A:No, we can make videos for every occasion like a Graduation, Father's day or mothers Day, Christmas, New Year's Day and other holidays

Q: When will I receive my Order?

A: We need 2-3 Days to deliver the order, if the order volume is high please be patient it may get delayed for a few days. We can only do a specific number of orders per day. So please wait a few days before you message us.

Q: What if I paid for Priority Order?

A: In that case we will prioritise your order and do that before the other ones, in that case it should be done after 2 days. Please bear with us since we do all videos one by one. Please note, that on the day you ordered does not count as day one!

Q: How will the video be delivered?

A: We will send you the Video per Mail.

Q: I can't find my video!

A: Kindly check your mails and spam folder :), if you still can not find it, kindly contact us. We will help you out.

Q:Can I let them say everything?

A:We expressly ask you to keep it idy. lf we notice something in your application that is inappropriate, we will addressyou to change it.

Q: Are the people getting exploited?

A: Of course not :), we are in direct contact with the teams and talk daily. This means the payment goes directly to them and there is no other party earning money from it.
